You must answer every question to get the best possible result. To teach math as a basic skill is not primarily to teach how to solve pre-selected, individual, isolated problems out of context, but to teach the ability to begin to make sense of the world mathematically, to think quantitatively, to be able to see mathematical patterns, to set up the construction of problems and then creatively go about solving them.

In every field of knowledge, every answer generates more questions, so that the more we know the more we recognize we don't know.
