How long do you plan to keep it for. How would your boss and co-workers describe you. Would you consider yourself to be an ambitious person at work. Which job would you never do. Which of the classes mentioned above are you giving the highest priority. Understand what makes you angry and resentful and become reactive less often, with less intensity.

Would you be upset if your boss was a woman. Did you need any special training to get your job. When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up. What characteristic do you most admire in others. Do you see any unfair labour practices in your country's workforce.

Have you ever worked. What are your greatest professional strengths. Why do you want this job. What other fields or work will that job make you qualified for?.

There are a number of interview questions where the answer should be pretty obvious. “How would you describe your work style?” is not one of those questions. But don’t let it intimidate you or get you tongue-tied.
